Hi, I'm Jessica — founder of La Vaquita Lux. My journey began in my own kitchen, inspired by the simplicity and power of old-world skincare rituals. I wanted something honest, effective, and rooted in heritage. That’s where tallow came in — nature’s original moisturizer, rich in vitamins and remarkably similar to the oils our skin naturally produces.

“La Vaquita” means “little cow” in Spanish — a playful nod to our star ingredient and my cultural roots. “Lux” speaks to the small moments of luxury we all deserve.

Every bar of soap, every product is handcrafted in small batches with real, clean ingredients — no fillers, no shortcuts. Just high-quality tallow, nourishing botanicals, premium fragrance oils, and a whole lot of love.
